The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) is announcing updated lane and ramp closures on Interstate 15 (I-15) as part of the ongoing I-15 South Widening Project. The following traffic restrictions are necessary for paving, concrete collar placement, and manhole adjustments. The schedule is subject to change due to weather and other factors.
Nightly (8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.) Sunday, September 14 to Friday, September 19:
- Intermittent on and off-ramp closures along southbound I-15 between Silverado Ranch Blvd and St Rose Pkwy
Nightly (8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.) Sunday, September 14 and Monday, September 15:
- Southbound I-15 reduced to one lane between Blue Diamond Rd to Starr Ave
Nightly (8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.) Tuesday, September 16 to Friday, September 19:
- Southbound I-15 reduced to one lane between Starr Ave to Sloan Rd
24/7 Tuesday, September 16 through Friday, September 19:
- Southbound I-15 reduced to three lanes between Warm Springs Rd and Blue Diamond Rd (auxiliary lane closed)
- Southbound I-15 reduced to three lanes between Blue Diamond Rd and Silverado Ranch Blvd (inside lane closed)
Motorists should use caution while traveling through work zones, and take alternate detour routes, if possible. NDOT works with Waze to inform the public about planned highway restrictions. The schedule is subject to change due to weather or other factors.
