The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) will implement overnight lane closures on Interstate 15 (I-15) as crews re-stripe High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) lanes between Twain Avenue and Silverado Ranch Boulevard. Work begins Sunday night, September 21, and continues nightly through Thursday morning, September 25. By Thursday morning, all HOV striping will be restored.
Once work is complete, regular HOV rules and hours will resume. Current HOV hours are 6:00–8:00 a.m. and 4:00–6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. (See attached graphic for HOV lane rules.) For more information about HOV lanes, the ongoing HOV study, and related resources, visit High Occupancy Vehicle (HOV) Lanes | Nevada Department of Transportation.
