LAS VEGAS, Nev. – The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) is announcing updated lane and ramp closures on Interstate 15 (I-15) as part of the ongoing I-15 South Widening Project. The following traffic restrictions are necessary for sealing pavement joints, barrier rail improvements, and installing overhead signs. The schedule is subject to change due to weather and other factors.

 Nightly (8:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m.) Sunday, Oct. 19 to Friday, Oct. 24 (5 nights):

  • Northbound I-15 reduced to two lanes between Sloan Rd and Blue Diamond Rd
  • Southbound I-15 reduced to two lanes between Blue Diamond Rd and Sloan Rd
  • Intermittent on and off-ramp closures along southbound I-15 between Silverado Ranch Blvd and Sloan Rd

 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 22 to 5:00 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 23:

  • Eastbound Blue Diamond Rd flyover ramp to northbound I-15 closed

Motorists should use caution while traveling through work zones, and take alternate detour routes, if possible. NDOT works with Waze to inform the public about planned highway restrictions. The schedule is subject to change due to weather or other factors.
