– The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) is advising motorists of nightly lane reductions and intermittent ramp closures on and around Interstate 15 (I-15) for work associated with the Formula 1 Las Vegas Grand Prix.
Nightly (12 a.m. to 4 a.m.) Wednesday, Nov. 19 through Sunday, Nov. 23:
Interstate 15 – Intermittent Ramp Closures:
• Southbound I-15 to Spring Mountain Rd eastbound
• Southbound I-15 to Flamingo Rd (SR-592) eastbound
• Northbound I-15 to Spring Mountain Rd eastbound
• Northbound I-15 to Flamingo Rd (SR-592) eastbound
• Northbound I-15 to Harmon Ave
Intermittent Lane Reductions:
• Spring Mountain Rd eastbound from southbound I-15 to Mel Tormé Wy
• Flamingo Rd (SR-592) eastbound from Valley View Blvd to I-15
• Flamingo Rd (SR-592) westbound at Paradise Rd
Motorists should use caution while traveling through work zones, and take alternate detour routes, if possible. NDOT works with Waze to inform the public about planned highway restrictions. The schedule is subject to change due to weather or other factors.
