Overnight Lane, Ramp Closures for I-215 Preservation Project

The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) is announcing an updated schedule of traffic restrictions on Interstate 215 (I-215) as part of its I-215 Pavement Preservation Project. This project will improve nearly four miles of I-215 between the I-15 interchange and Windmill Lane.

6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday, Nov. 24 to Wednesday, Nov. 26:

  • Intermittent shoulder closures on east and westbound I-215 between I-15 and Gilespie St.

6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday, Nov. 24

  • Hidden Well Rd reduced to one lane between Gilespie St and Las Vegas Blvd

9:00 p.m. to 11:59 p.m. Monday, Nov. 24

  • Southbound Airport Connector on-ramp to westbound I-215 reduced to one lane

10:00 p.m. Monday, Nov. 24, to 4:00 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 25:

  • Westbound I-215 reduced to three lanes between Gilespie St. to Las Vegas Blvd

2:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 26,

  • Las Vegas Blvd on-ramp to eastbound I-215 closed
  • Eastbound I-215 reduced to three lanes between Las Vegas Blvd and Gilespie St.

Motorists should use caution while traveling through work zones, and take alternate detour routes, if possible. NDOT works with Waze to inform the public about planned highway restrictions. The schedule is subject to change due to weather or other factors.
