"Preventing Storm Water Pollution from Construction Activities for Water Pollution Control Managers"

Course length: 2 days, 16 hours

Course description: Overview of construction stormwater regulations, best management practices to minimize construction impacts to stormwater, and the department's policies for contractor compliance.

Who is required to take this class? NDOT construction contractors are required to take this course.
Anyone with an interest in stormwater management may also attend.

Stormwater Training

NDOT has implemented a Stormwater Education Program as described in the 2018 MS4 Permit Stormwater Management Program Plan March 2020, which is available in the Resources/Documents section. This includes training, public education and outreach as well as public participation and coordination with government agencies. NDOT initiated its Certified Stormwater Training program in October 2011.
