The Contract Services section administers NDOT's contracting processes, including contractor pre-qualification, bid letting, and contract awards. New NDOT Public Portal!
Contract Services has paired with MasterWorks for a new NDOT Public Portal. This new portal brings together the Agreement Services and Contract Services teams in one place. Look for open projects, register your vendor company, and more on the NDOT Public Portal.

The Interested Parties List has moved
Use the Interested Party Registration Form to express your company’s interest in working on an NDOT Contract. Registration is voluntary but is highly encouraged. Each contract will have its own Interested parties list, accessable via the NDOT Public Portal. Registration is free and takes just a few moments, but it can make a big difference.
Search Active and Awarded Contracts
NDOT partners with licensed contractors for the construction of portions of the highway system in Nevada using a public bidding process. Contracts for which bids are invited are shown here. Contractors desiring to bid should obtain a pre-qualification and submit all required proposal documents to the Department no later than the Bid Opening time of the contract.
Active Contract Questions and Answers
Prospective bidders and other interested parties may have questions regarding contract documents, plans and specifications. The Contract Questions and Answers process allows for questions to be directed in writing to the Project Manager, and for all questions and answers to be posted publicly here.
