Contracts Questions & Answers are now on the NDOT Public Portal

Prospective bidders and other interested parties may have questions regarding contract documents, plans and specifications. The Contract Questions and Answers process allows for questions to be directed in writing to the Project Manager, and for all questions and answers to be posted publicly. Please submit your questions no later than 4:00 pm PST 10 days prior to bid opening to ensure your question is answered. Questions received after this time will be answered at the discretion of the Project Manager. New questions may be posted until bid opening.
