Welcome to information about Nevada Department of Transportation Contract Compliance.

NDOT's Contract Compliance team ensures highway construction projects follow all federal and state workforce related laws. They guide contractors on regulations, monitor compliance with Prevailing Wage, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE/SBE) goals, and oversee reporting systems like B2GNow and LCPTracker to promote fairness, transparency, and accountability in transportation activities.
