Bid Openings

Bid openings to award NDOT projects and contracts are generally held on Thursday afternoons beginning at 1:30 p.m., and every 30 minutes thereafter if there are multiple bid openings in one day. Each bid opening lasts approximately 10 minutes.

The Nevada Department of Transportation is overseen by a Board of Directors. The State Transportation Board meets regularly.
