The Nevada Department of Transportation provides a Contract Cost Range for all advertised contracts. NDOT first obtains a detailed Engineer’s Estimate calculated at a bid item level. The total of that Engineer's Estimate is then placed into pre-determined value ranges numbered R1 through R54, and the corresponding range is advertised as the Contract Cost Range.
The table of Contract Cost Ranges is available below. The detailed Contract Bid Tabulation report is posted to the NDOT Public Portal after bid opening.
