To help ensure public safety and the preservation of the state’s bridges, NDOT evaluates and identifies bridges for replacement. As bridges age, the older structures need to be replaced to ensure public safety. 

NDOT is replacing seven bridge structures on I-80 west of Reno, based on age and condition.
